This afternoon.
Leinster House.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar said there were five key priorities to be considered in lifting the restrictions:
Progress of the disease
Healthcare capacity and resilience
Testing and contact tracing capacity
Ability to shield and care for at-risk groups
Risk of secondary morbidity due to the restrictions themselves
Mr Varadkar said many lives have been saved, but that people cannot falter now.
The Taoiseach said the country is not out of danger yet, but he said the Government would give hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Meanwhile…
This Morning.
Green Party leader Eamon Ryan arrives at Leinster House.

Ryan likes the odd photo-shoot too mind you.
absolutely does. there with a bike even though he drives to the Dail. Ego and narcisism is part of the psyche of someone who’d want to lead a political party.
we’ll see how long people stick to these priorites when the beer runs out.
Well they’ve already made a hames of 2, 3 & 4 there
Are we to stay in lockdown while they all figure out how to do their jobs?
So the gallant “Irelands Call” medical staff that came home are given a 3 month temporary contract through a private company; no sick pay and no unfair dismissal clause.
Disrespect shown is sickening.
That’s not good.
