The 400 trees of  the Crooked Forest outside Nowe Czarnowo, West Pomerania, Poland (photographed by Killian Shoenberger) are believed to have been shaped by human hands back in the 1930s, though no one knows why.

Theories for the 90 degree bends at the base of the pine trees range from preparing the wood for furniture or boat building, the effect of energy fields and witchcraft.

Naturally, we’re going with witchcraft.

Initially believing her flock to have scarpered, Kennedy says that she only spotted the ovine ninjas once she got within 50 feet of them.

It’s a problem she also faces in Spring and Summer.

A Fallstreak Hole or ‘Hole Punch Cloud’ spotted last year in the skies above Victoria, Australia .Wikipedia sez:

Such holes are formed when the water temperature in the clouds is below freezing but the water has not frozen yet due to the lack of ice nucleation. When ice crystals do form it will set off a domino effect, due to the Bergeron process, causing the water droplets around the crystals to evaporate: this leaves a large, often circular, hole in the cloud.

Now for yeh.
