Forest of Resonating Lamps – One Stroke, Cherry Blossoms – an immersive installation at Borderless Digital Art Museum in Tokyo by Japanese art and tech studio teamLab. To wit:
Inspired by the cherry blossoms of spring, spectators are invited to wander through a room filled with Murano glass lamps, which react to their movement by emitting light that then resonates out to neighbouring lamps.
The Mercurial skills of Marc Martel (who did some of the vocal work on the film ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’).
Martel is currently touring with a Queen tribute band and released an album of Queen covers last year.
