Out of work in time to actually see the sunset (usually get its reflection in a nearby office), so this made me VERY happy…

Applications are open for BARE in the Woods 2017, and the protocol for artist applications is a little different this year for the boutique festival, with mobile video platform MobStar getting in on the action.
Michael Carr writes:
The acts upload a video to the BARE in the Woods category through the MobStar app, which in turn are reviewed and the selected acts will then play at various BARE events throughout 2017.
Additionally, acts who are chosen to play at BARE events via the MobStar app will have their music reviewed by music industry mentors.
Until then, there’s the documentary Fleadhed (trailed above, showing next Monday on RTE1), filmed at this year’s festival, where Polly O’Sullivan entertains hip-hop innovators The Sugar Hill Gang.
