Two unidentified members of from Speaking Of Imelda [a London-based  direct-action feminist performance group ‘that seeks to challenge the ongoing problem of Ireland making England the legal destination for abortion’] fixed a giant pair of Underpants to the railings of Leinster House, Kildare Street, Dublin calling for an “appeal to the Eigth Amendment and reproductive justice for Ireland”.
