Tourism Minister Paschal Donohoe [with Maya O’Mahoney] unveils the Molly Malone statue at its new home outside the tourist office in the former St Andrew’s Church, Suffolk Street, Dublin.

Dublin City Council workers remove the Molly Malone statue from its spot at the bottom of Grafton Street, Dublin last night. Molly has gone into storage to allow for Luas extension works.
She will not return and will be placed outside the Dublin Tourism Office on Suffolk Street in the “near future”.
