A glass-box ladies’ public toilet in an idyllic 200 square meter walled garden of trees and flowers beside Itabu station at Ichihara City in the Chiba Prefecture of Japan designed by Sou Fujimoto Architects.
Enter via a locked door in the fence, enjoy the serene view, do your business, leave.
Beats the lavvy on the train. Although, this being Japan, that’s probably very nice too.

The former “public convenience” on the junction between Anglesea Road and Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin across the road from the RDS, one of 70 public toilets that used to operate in Dublin.
As heard on RTE R1’s Mooney Goes Wild today, the toilet is now up for auction by Dublin City Council.
