An inventive graduation film by Felipe Di Poi Tamargo in which we join Sue, Kath and Sue’s mother on a road trip, dealing with suspect hitchhikers, rookie cops and a badass biker gang.
In this BAFTA winning short written by Sarah Woolner and directed by Yousif Al-Khalifa, lonely fishmonger Sonia’s life is changed the day a real catch of a delivery man walks into her shop.
An award-winnning drug-fuelled exploration of altered states by recently graduated French animator Vincent Gibaud who crowdfunded the short, enlisting the help of 50 individuals at Supamonks Studios.

A deceptively simple, masterful short by Vancouver-based Irish animator Eoin Duffy (even he of The Oscar shortlisted The Missing Scarf). To wit:

The physical effects of negative emotions envisaged in the form of morphing, melting noodle people by visual artist Ari Weinkle, who sez of it:

The façade of Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim, Norway brought to life in a continuous motion feature conjoured from a single photograph by animator Ismael Sans-Pena, who sez of it:
The idea behind the film was to find the innate movement inherit in still forms. Every sculpture has movement in it, and it is the task of the animator to discover it. It was through the process of editing my imagery that I discovered that a single image would suffice to create the animation. The film was made by zooming into the image and panning row by row while making sure that different architectural motives aligned in every increment. This also gave a structure to the film.
