[Newly-elected new York Mayor Bill de Blasio]

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio has confirmed he will boycott the city’s St Patrick’s Day parade due to the effective exclusion of the LGBT community from the event.

He is the first mayor in over 20 years to do so.

“I simply disagree with the organisers of that parade in their exclusion of some individuals in this city,” he said. He stopped short of barring city employees [police and fire officers]  from marching in uniform, disappointing many LGBT advocacy groups.

“Whatever why I’m so so missing Tony. Because he is so so charming and his clothes are so good. He has such good body and he has really really good legs Butt . . . And he is slim tall and good skin. Pierce blue eyes which I love. Love his eyes. Also I love his power on the stage . . . and what else and what else and what else . . . ”

According to Vanity Fair, this was a note written by Wendi Deng, ex-wife of Rupert Murdoch, about former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair. The note was used as evidence in the Murdochs’ divorce case last year.

I launched  ‘Sealed with Irish Love’ in October 2013 creating homeware and gift products for people looking for a flavour of Ireland in their homes. Designs such as the windswept hawthorn tree; old Irish bicycle; village water pump and bird feathers are inspired by ramblings and road trips across the Irish countryside. All made with love in Dublin.
