You may recall the Judd Apatow exhibition post from Friday.

Well.

Ciaran Le Cool writes:

You know that our very own Mick Minogue (Lionel Richie Phonebox) is exhibiting at that Judd Apatow  show in LA?  He’s only gone and made nine boxes of cereal (Judd Apple Toes Cereal) each acting as limited edition box print and inside each box there is a handmade Freaks & Geeks toy.

A random pick from the spectacular selection of eye candy submitted to the National Geographic Photography Contest. The winner will be announced later this month.

Above: a young Spectacled Spiderhunter calls for its parents in Borneo (Bjorn Olesen); flare fishing off the Chinese coast (Chang ming chih); a ‘smiling’ Sweat Bee (Noah Fram-Schwartz); fog over the village of Jamnik in Slovenia (Janez Tolar); a rebel guarding the Benghazi shipyard during the Libyan revolt (Mohannad khatib).

Eric McGrath – Til I’m Back Home

Eric writes:

I’m a musician from Dublin and have just teamed up with Make A Wish Ireland to release a charity Christmas song. I regularly browse your site and often see you post the odd music video. The song is available on iTunes and my website  with 100% of sales proceeds going to Make A Wish.

What you may need to know:

1. Best or Worst movie title of the year? Hmmm…

2. It’s written and directed by Roman Coppola, son of Francis, brother of Sofia, and frequent Wes Anderson collaborator – he co-wrote Moonrise Kingdom (2012).

3. Charlie Sheen is about to film NINETY back-to-back episodes of his rubbish new sitcom Anger Management, after which he insists he’s going to retire, presumably to devote time to his many hobbies. Winning!

4. Always a pleasure to see Jason Schwarzman and Bill Murray. They have appeared in several Wes Anderson movies together, most notably the incomparable Rushmore (1998).

5. It looks like Schwarzman is already in the running for a Fashion Icon of 2013 gong.

6. Bill Murray has finally, absolutely, definitely said no to Ghostbusters 3. First Rule Of Bill Murray: Just Take The Trip.

Release Date: Spring 2013
