I’ve been doing a bit of work with Raidio na Life [celebrating its 20th anniversary this year]. Recently they did an interview with the one and only Micheal D. I managed to tag along and do a vlog about it, in Irish. I was after doing an all-nighter for a college project so I’m a little bit tuirseach.
Weimaraners Harlow and Sage already have 100,000 Instagram followers.
Recently a new friend has been added to the household – Indi the Dachshund pup.

“Mr [Kevin] McCarthy was his driver during the presidential campaign but, according to those close to the campaign, he increasingly became an all-round assistant.
Mr McCarthy is quiet, diligent, trustworthy and is said to have formed a strong working relationship with Mr Higgins.
Earlier this year, the Irish Independent reported that Mr McCarthy accompanied Mr Higgins on a holiday in Lanzarote to work for the President.
It is understood Ms van Lieshout was unhappy with the level of access to Mr Higgins she was afforded on a day-to-day basis in the Aras.

Our Golden Retriever webcam shows the litter of puppies born to mother Captiva and father Blip who were just born a few weeks ago. Captiva is 2 and 1/2 years old and this is her first litter. She and Blip are therapy dogs and they live in Torrington, Connecticut.

On the fifth day of Squee’s 12-day official visit to South America (Mexico, El Salvador and Costa Rica but NOT Nicaragua), a return of sorts.
The efforts made by Mr Higgins to raise awareness of the killings in El Salvador {during the country’s civil war] helped influence the Irish foreign minister James Dooge to sign the Franco-Mexican agreement that recognised the left-wing guerrilla group, the FMLN, as a legitimate political force.
They [an Irish delegation that also included Niall Andrews FF TD and FG Senator Patsy Lawlor] were initially refused entry into the country but were later allowed in. They carried out interviews with Jose Napoleon Duarte, the country’s president, and Jose Guillermo Garcia, the defence minister, and examine the remains of victims of the conflict to report back on the atrocities internationally.
