moped(A Google Street view outside Bellamy’s, Ballsbridge, Dublin)

Ray G writes:

This morning at 9.40  I witnessed a jeep and trailer hit a girl on a purple moped in Ballsbridge, Dublin at Bellamy’s pub. The driver took off without stopping. I followed him and caught up with him and he agreed to go back to the scene…But he never did.

By chance 29 mins later he passed me in traffic so I got his reg.. I passed my contact to this girl I think her name was Caroline but have no contact details for her… Do you know this girl ? If you do please ask her to contact me [below] so I can pass on the Reg of this jeep… She was very lucky to be unharmed but the driver of jeep clearly committed a hit and run and when told didn’t come back to see if she was OK.

Anyone?

The Unemployed Graduate.

A new weekly ‘vlog’ from Irish/Canadian Katie Varvos. (out of work graduate/ journalist)

Katie writes:

I am originally from Canada but living in Ireland for 8 years, or in other words my entire adult life. Like many I am a recent and young graduate. I found myself begging for unpaid work and looking for a platform for unemployed graduates like myself. But our voices have been stifled in the media and that’s when I decided to create this vlog – for all hard working young Irish people who have emigrated, thinking about emigration or just looking for an alternative voice in today’s media.

Stay for the prizes.
