Both Villagers gigs in the Olympia are sold out this week so try something completely different in the form of san Francisco electronic artist Holly Herndon.
A composer and studious musician (she is doing a doctoral study in Electronic Music at Stanford University),Herndon has a love of techno and experimental sounds, the combination of both can be heard on her debut album Movements.
This gig will either be madder than a bag of cats or a night of avant-garde sonically-rich dance music. Support comes from two experimental leaning local acts; Simon Bird and Catscars.
