Yes, it’s been doing the rounds for days, but in case you missed this utter, square-pummelling tour de force by Russell Brand earlier this week on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, prepare to have any prejudice you might harbour against the Brand at least lessened, if not entirely swept away.

DIT graduate Eoin Duffy’s unexpectedly poignant abstract animation, which was shown at last year’s Galway International Film Festival. Short of The Week, where the film premiered yesterday, sez:

…a compilation of audio visual abstraction and creativity packed into five tender minutes. Based on his own personal experience in dealing with his younger brother [Emmet’s] suicide, Duffy crafts a stylistic journey of a traveler navigating through an airport. He is surrounded by a world of sterile efficiency—of clean shapes and symbols that offer nothing to assuage his grief.

According to reports, a gay dating website for “homosensible Roman Catholic priests”, has been operating out of the Vatican.
Despite not being explicitly pornographic, reports from EponymousFlower suggest that the site, named Venerabilis, is geared towards enabling sexual contact between priests.
The site contains chatrooms in five languages, where sexual encounters in process have been discovered, with face-to-face meetings arranged in a number of locations.
