Peter O’Brien and 11-year-old Mia Keaveney at the launch of Mia’s debut fashion show ‘Thank You Crumlin, Love Mia’. The show sees couture pieces created by fashion designers [such as Peter’s above] based on sketches by Mia to raise funds for the refurbishment of the Orthopaedic Unit in Our Ladies Children’s Hospital, Crumlin, where Mia has been a patient. The show will run in the Dublin Convention Centre on May 25, and also include handiwork by John Rocha, Louise Kennedy, Deborah Veale, Tyrell & Brennan, Jennifer Rothwell, and Mary Grant.
