Behold: the 1968 Porsche 911 Soft Window Targa.

A variant of the canvas-topped model introduced the previous year but kitted out with a stainless steel clad roll bar compliant with US safety regulations, this rare short wheelbase version was one of the last made.

Well preserved in its original Sand Beige paint with just 124,000km on the clock, it was sold last month for just under €75,000.

Nomadic off-roaders Brice and Irina Bader of Wild Fennec showcase their custom-adapted, super ergonomic Land Rover Defender, which – at the press of a button – transforms from vehicle to ingenious miniature home for two (and a half) in under a minute.

The couple are hoping to mass market the adaptation.

A 1:12 scale, posable action figure of Bill Skarsgård’s Pennywise from the 2017 movie of Stephen King’s novel, IT.

As you’d expect, it comes complete with four horrifying interchangeable heads, eight hands, a balloon, a paper boat, a severed arm and a framed painting.

Behold: the 1964 Aston Martin DB5 Coupe, successor to the DB4 and, famously, James Bond’s grand tourer of choice. 4.0l straight six, magnesium alloy coachwork by Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera.

This is DB5 No.5 – the fifth ever built. With early 4 speed manual transmission and left hand drive, it was sold new in San Francisco and remains intact and in original condition after 55 years.

Coming under the hammer this summer.

A one-sixth scale model of the Mk85 Iron Man suit that will appear in the upcoming Avengers: Endgame from Japanese action figure maker Hot Toys.

Fully posable with 30 points of articulation and a raft of accessories including hands, heads, chest plates and other (yet to be announced) movie-accurate gewgaws.

Behold: the 1967 Lamborghini 400 GT Coupe – a 4.0l, V12 evolution of the 350 GT and the company’s first four-seater.

This model, bought from the factory by the original owner who kept it for 50 years, is in remarkable condition with its original blue body paint, black interior and just 62,000km on the clock.

Currently accepting bids.

“I like to represent now. The era I life in. If we don’t do miniatures of what we do now, how will it be represented in the future?”

Behold: the 1958 Riva Tritone ‘Via’ speedboat – originally built as a gift for Ranier III of Monaco and used by the prince and his wife Grace Kelly for several years. Recently returned to its original condition (with its Chris-Craft MCL engines and Chris-O-Matic transmission completely rebuilt) by a Dutch marine specialist.

Up for auction next month.
