As you may know FIRE Restaurant and Lounge on Dublin’s Dawson Street [at the Mansion House] will open and welcome guests Tomorrow Good Friday.
While operating in full compliance with the licensing laws, the award winning FIRE’s decision to open dramatically improves the options for tourists and locals this Good Friday as one of the very few restaurants open in the city.
Open in the lounge from midday, and in the restaurant from 1pm ‘til late, FIRE has created a special menu of non-alcoholic cocktails, and carefully sourced non-alcoholic wines to complement the new, exciting menus. As required by law, all beer taps and alcohol will be covered, but FIRE’s stunning interior, glamorous cocktail lounge and terrace overlooking the Lord Mayor’s garden will ensure a memorable dining experience.
We have dinner for TWO for tomorrow night to giveaway to a Broadsheet reader.
To enter, and for the day that’s in it, we would like YOU to suggest the perfect non-alcoholic drink (cocktail, soft drink or concoction of your own making).
LInes MUST close at 5.15 5.45 7pm

Finn is the old man, just started his new job in the Fish Shop (of Blackrock Market, they’re opening another soon opposite The Dice Bar) – I’d love to give him a treat and as a Pilates teacher I have feck all money so it’ll be fishes and loaves OR Fire :O)”
Thanks all.

What you may need to know:
1. Amy Winehouse died four years ago this July.
2. Amy is a feature-length doc directed by Asif Kapadia, who did Senna (2010).
3. She was reputedly supposed to sing the theme to Skyfall (2012).
4. Ever see the doc about the time she went to Dingle?
5. We still think hanging out with Pete Doherty was a seriously bad idea.
6. Prognosis: Sad, but as car-crash compelling as ever.
Release date: July
