Send 3D Babies a few ultrasound images of your unborn baby along with $200 – $600 (depending on the size) and they’ll supply you with a not-at-all-creepy 3D printed facsimile of the little tyke.
The internet may be content but are you?
The Content Advisory Group, established by Minister Pat Rabbitte (top) want to know YOUR views/state of mind about Internet Governance before they report in May.
Everyone happy?
@pNibbler No big secret. We want views on Internet content. The process is about to be launched.

Oh.
Old Enda has pulled off a trick,
As Facebook just gave him a click,
All they really “Like”,
Is there’ll be no tax hike,
While the rest of us think he’s a dick.

Smell the Smarties.
Glenn previously told the ‘Derry Journal’ he had been “disgusted” by the discovery. “The tube had been sealed and we were really shocked to find the gloves. They were really manky – with rubber palms – the kind of heavy duty gloves you would expect a workman to wear,” he said.
He sent the item to Nestlé for investigation – and this week the company came back admitting that the gloves were “similar to those used” within their packing area.

atSeriously, Ireland, you’re great and all, but the notion that it’s OK to attack a woman and then pay your way out of punishment is bullshit.

Rudrumun Gopal (21), a student at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), twice attacked his girlfriend of four months, leaving her with bruises and marks “consistent with being punched, kicked, bitten and grabbed”
[Defence barrister Justin McQuade] “He was utterly infatuated with this young lady, he thought he had met the woman of his dreams…” He became “slightly controlling and his frustrations spilled out”.
The judge [Justice Hugh O’Donnell at Dublin District Court] ordered €5,000 to be contributed to both the Simon Community and Women’s Aid.He struck the case out and said the money had to be paid by the end of the week.

I’m just wondering if you might be able to help me out with a vote in the shortlist for this years Other Voices Derry competition. I’ve made a shortlist of 5 acts, one of which will perform at ‘Other Voices’ live event in Derry in a few weeks. The shortlist has been put out to public vote. I’m not a fan of mixing music with voting but this is really such a massive opportunity. The performance will be recorded live and shown on the ‘Other Voices’ TV show. I don’t know if you know the Other Voices show/festival but it’s internationally renowned and has featured some amazing artists like John Grant, Villagers, David Gray, Amy Winehouse. A share [or even a vote] would be really appreciated.

[Garda Commissioner Martin Callinan with Justice Minister Alan Shatter last year]
“[Martin Callinan] was almost disdainful of the Public Accounts Committee, which is after all a democratic forum.
“He then went on to say that they [whistleblowers] should be dealt with by me, myself – meaning that he was important enough to do it, but not us.
“He went on to talk about being usurped by subordinates, which was an extraordinary phrase to use – again regarding his ‘subordinates’, as he calls them, as being second class citizens when they have every right to express a view, an opinion, and give evidence in public.”Independent TD Shane Ross on RTE R1’s Morning Ireland this morning.
