What you may need to know:

1. It’s been a long time since Tim Burton rocked our world, but hey –
we’ll always have Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure (1985), Beetlejuice (1988), Edward
Scissorhands
(1990), Ed Wood (1994), Mars Attacks (1996) and his Batman flicks.

2. Now he’s getting his Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) on once more with
an animated remake of his 1984 live-action short film.

3. The voice cast features Burton faves Winona Ryder, Martin Landau,
Catherine O’Hara and Christopher Lee. Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham
Carter are notable by their absences.

Release date (Ireland): October 5
