After getting my hyped up kids to bed last night my wife and I opted for Dinner Plan B. I headed up to McDonald’s in Stillorgan [Co Dublin]. I noticed the Stillorgan Bowl was crawling with private security, the car-park full of blacked-out mini-vans. Could it be The Boss was bowling rocks down lane 5?
Anyone?

What you may need to know:
1. It’s been a long time since Tim Burton rocked our world, but hey –
we’ll always have Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure (1985), Beetlejuice (1988), Edward
Scissorhands (1990), Ed Wood (1994), Mars Attacks (1996) and his Batman flicks.
2. Now he’s getting his Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) on once more with
an animated remake of his 1984 live-action short film.
3. The voice cast features Burton faves Winona Ryder, Martin Landau,
Catherine O’Hara and Christopher Lee. Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham
Carter are notable by their absences.
Release date (Ireland): October 5

Former advertising art director Peter Heron, the Irish CEO of NYC-based denim company I Am Not A Virgin, (currently about a tenth of the way toward raising $100,000 in funding through Kickstarter), is having a bit of a legal hoo-hah with Richard Branson.
Here, he states his David versus Goliath case.

What do you make of it at all?
