What you may need to know
1. It’s Wikileaks The Movie. CUMBERBATCH IS ASSANGE!
2. Do Peter Marks do an Assange? It’s the new Rachel.
3. The Fifth Estate is directed by Bill Condon, who made Kinsey (2004) and Dreamgirls (2006). He totally dropped the ball by leaving out the musical numbers.
4. Condon says “We’re trying very hard to make a movie that raises all the questions without providing all the answers.” Translated: “We made it all up.”
5. People now shout ‘KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNN’ at Cumberbatch an estimated 14.7 times a day. Oops, spoiler alert.
6. Broadsheet Prognosis: The Anti-Social Network.

“What these religious orders have done is so disrespectful to all the women who were in those laundries.
“They destroyed our lives; they took my human rights away from me. They brought shame and hurt to our country and the Government is just allowing them to insult us like this.
“I thought Enda was a better than this. I looked into his eyes and I told him my story. He quoted my story the night of the official apology and now our leader allows these nuns to do this?”

Top: Jake Clemons and Bruce Springsteen in Limerick last night and, above, Bruce and band performing American Skin (41 Shots), written after the police-shooting death of Amadou Diallo in New York City in 1999.
After the verdict in the Trayvon Martin trial was announced Saturday night, many Bruce Springsteen fans felt Bruce would play “American Skin (41 Shots)” at his next show, Tuesday in Limerick, Ireland. They were right.
According to my friend Lauren from New Jersey who was there, Bruce saw a sign earlier in the show for “American Skin” and played it later on.
“He said, ‘Where is that sign?’ and grabbed it.
He then said, ‘I want to send this one out as a letter back home. For justice for Trayvon Martin,’ “
