Fair play though, in fairness.
Here’s a flava
Mmm.
Synthy.

St Agnes’ Church, Crumlin, Dublin, earlier for the funeral of Peter Comerford mentioned yesterday.
Ciaran O’Driscoll writes:
More than 100 people attended including locals, members of the Defence Forces and the Gardaí. From the dignity that the priest gave in speaking about Peter, to the singer and accompanying harpist, it was a proper funeral befitting a former member of the Defence Forces. A send off that he, and everyone else, deserves to have.
‘B’ adds:
My lovely mother went to that veteran’s funeral today (her father was an early recruit to the Defence Forces). He [Peter] seems to have been a troubled soul in his later life, but the priest spoke movingly and a few tears were shed by mourners. He served in the Congo too. Bagpipes played the coffin out…
Hearing rumours now that the OTB lads resignation from Newstalk will turn into a sabbatical & they’ll be returning to the station. Anyone?

Expect to see lots of sleeping Lab pups, slobbering Bassets and Red Setters chasing parked cars.
Probably spilling all over their laps. Toast crumbs everywhere. What are we paying our road tax for?
Perishing rockers.
Aidan sez:
Coast to Coast: Tea and Toast. Our cross country charity promotional event pairs promoting Irish bands with raising money for Down Syndrome Ireland culminating with a finale gig in Whelan’s Dublin on March 30th 2013.
And the tay?
Team Goldenplec crosses the country, Coast to Coast from Dublin to Galway on Good Friday 29th March meeting a band in every county we pass through for a cup of tay, a slice of toast and a one song gig recorded on mobile phones.
Ah.
Tickets for the Whelan’s gig are €10 and a “very decent” headline act is promised.
Oh, go on then.
*slurp*
Bray promenade, Bray, Co Wicklow, today.
Yay.
Hang on.
We never forget a face:
It’s the ‘blue’ girl from Love/Hate.
See you behind the bandstand so.
