The senator’s comments come ahead of [Conor] McGregor and fellow Irish fighter Cathal Pendred preparing for their respective bouts in Boston early on Monday morning.
A McGregor win could see a potential title fight in Dublin, possibly in Croke Park in front of 80,000 fans.

Environment Minister Alan Kelly
….Mr [Alan Kelly] Kelly is being guided by a report commissioned by his predecessor Jan O’Sullivan, which presented a series of proposals to reform the rental market.
The report – by DKM Economic Consultants – warned against the introduction of full-scale rent controls as it could lead to tens of thousands of rented properties leaving the system.
However, it recommends the introduction of special rent certainty leases, which could have a set term of at least five years.
The report suggests a series of incentives for landlords who enter agreement with tenants, including capital gains tax relief once their property is sold.

I know you don’t normally do this but…I was on the DART this morning and just as we pulled into Blackrock [Co Dublin] at around 8.20, a woman’s bracelet exploded, scattering the loose charms across the first carriage floor. She was getting off at that station so I helped her pick them up and put the last ones in her hand just as the door closed. I had a quick look around afterwards though and found we missed one. I’d like to return it to her.
