UK vehicle builders Attitude Autos’ adult sized, drivable version of the classic Little Tikes Cozy Coupe, constructed on the chassis of a Daewoo Matiz, stripped, remodelled and repainted in the trademark red and yellow livery of its plastic progenitor.

Unlike the original, this one is capable of what one can only assume to be an utterly terrifying 70mph.

Morning jock fight!

Fair play though, in fairness.

Podcast apps are the new Twitter clients of the iOS world – they’re where all the interesting design and user interfaces are happening right NOW..

Network, built by Dublin based engineer/designer Andrew Conlan is a great example of the new crop of apps that take full advantage of everything iOS 7 has to offer.

Network has a slick, minimalistic interface that fits in beautifully with iOS7. The app really gets to the core of what you want from a podcasting app – listening to the content as quickly as possible with minimal interference and setup. Everything in the app can be accessed with a few quick, intuitive gestures.

The app is also very conscientious when it comes to downloading new episodes – it’ll wait until there is wi-fi instead of gorging on your 3G data.

Network is available on the App Store at €2.99.

The Forks collection [above] is printed with imagery of antique forks with a rambling ‘herbarium’ plant print in the background. The antique forks, were found at an antiques market in Paris, each one has beautiful detail. The forks throw shadows across the print in trompe l’oeil effect. The background repeat print is taken from a drawing study of ancient plants stored at the Herbarium in Dublin’s Botanical Gardens. This print is created using a combination of sketching, photography, water colour and collage. The imagery is first created on paper and it is then translated on to fabric. This range is available in Article, Arnotts & Kilkenny Shop and a my shop [link below]
