Del Popolo – a mobile pizzeria made from a re-purposed 20 foot shipping container that owner Jon Darsky spent $180,000 fitting to a heavy-duty delivery truck, working with several designers to replace one side with a glass wall and instal a large 800-degree oven which cooks a pizza in about a minute.
The truck (whose location Darsky posts on Twitter) is currently en route to the SoMa StrEat Food Park in San Francisco.
