It’s about your apples and general sneakiness.

I Sent the email below to Tesco, they didn’t bother replying.:

Hi Tesco, was recently in your Dundrum [Co Dublin] store and noticed you are advertising that the price of a six-pack bag of apples has been reduced by 20c. Instead, it appears you have taken an apple out of the bag and upped the price by 9c (pro-rata). See photos above. How about: 1) Not doing this anymore. 2) Giving us a few thousand Clubcard points as a thanks for bringing it to your attention…Yours Magic Mark

locks

“We found that 10pc of people didn’t lock their bikes at all and a further 45pc used cable locks. Now I know from my own painful experience, cable locks aren’t adequate in Dublin. I mean this time last year I had a €800 mountain bike taken in Temple Bar. I was using a cable lock. I was actually in a meeting with somebody from the [Dublin] City Council on the subject of bike theft at time. It’s a lesson I haven’t forgotten so the single thing people can do is buy good locks…”

ConorD: I would really enjoy this print particularly after the week I’ve had… I got engaged to my girlfriend this week and we’re both from Dublin but for work now living in the UK. Be a nice reminder of where we are from and where we will be moving back to as soon as we can!

Thanks all.
