A 2001 piece entitled ‘Love letters Building’ by the German conceptual artist HA Schult (b.1939) for which the artist invited the public to submit love letters.
He received 150,000, enlarging 35,000 to wrap the exterior of a former post office building in Berlin with the remaining 115,000 letters displayed inside.
