The Irish music industry was rocked by the death of Joe Nicholson earlier this year.
Long synonymous with Whelan’s (having worked as its gatekeeper for many years), Joe will be remembered at a special charity gig in his honour at the Wexford Street venue this Monday.
The show will feature Paddy Casey, Mundy, Declan O’Rourke, Ham Sandwich and very special guests.
No doubt Joe’s ghost will be hovering around the box office checking the guest list!
