…Contacted by the Irish Sun and asked to comment on the claim that he had covered her arrears as well as five months of payments as a favour to her, Twink said: “No favours with Rory . . . EVER. It’s all business. He is strictly a ‘bread head’!”
Pine The Pilcrow – Only Ghosts
Video directed by Donal Moloney, who writes:
A couple of months ago I was asked to do a talk in the Tara Buildings on as part of their excellent ‘Creative Mornings’ monthly program.
Prior to my talk the audience were treated to a few songs performed by a newish Irish group called ‘Pine The Pilcrow’. I had never heard of them before but they blew me away with their melancholic and haunting tones.
Their sound seemed a perfect fit for a video idea I had. Their new single ‘Only Ghosts’ (released today) was particularly suited to my notion. I approached them after the talk and they were more than keen to collaborate. I did some prep work and shot this (above) a couple of weeks ago with the assistance of some great friends. If you ever get the chance, check them out.
